Bauart Software (“we”, “us”) operates bauart.software. This page explains what personal data we collect through this site, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you submit the “Get a Free Diagnostic Review” form or the product questionnaire, we collect the information you enter: your name, and whatever contact details you provide (email, phone number, or a messenger handle), plus your answers to the questionnaire (project stage, role, company size, and similar). If enabled, we may also use privacy-conscious analytics (Google Analytics or Yandex Metrika) to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate — see the section below.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your inquiry — to get in touch, understand your project, and schedule the discovery call you requested. We don’t sell, rent, or share this information with third parties, and we don’t use it for advertising.
How we store it
Submissions are stored in our website’s database and are also emailed to our team so we can follow up. We keep this data for as long as reasonably needed for business record-keeping, or until you ask us to delete it.
Cookies and third-party services
All fonts on this site are hosted on our own server — no request is made to Google Fonts or any other third-party font provider. WordPress itself may set a small number of technical cookies (e.g. for logged-in administrators). If we’ve enabled analytics (Google Analytics 4 and/or Yandex Metrika), those services may set their own cookies and process aggregate visit data under their respective privacy policies; we don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — just email us using the address below.
